Shipping & Returns
Shipping and handling are set at a standard world-wide flat rate. Shipping is regular airmail, like a letter without a receipt. More secure, and far more expensive, methods of delivery are available, but are not included in the cost. Email to inquire about these options.
The only exception are uniforms that ship to the continental USA only. These will have signature confirmation delivery via the USPS included in the price.
Returns/refunds on DVDs will NOT be given. It is unfortunate this policy must be implemented, but piracy has made this unavoidable. By purchasing from this site ( www.judo-bjj-dvd.com ), you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Returns on gis/uniforms/gear (excluding DVDs) are happily accepted as exchange only, unless your size is not available, in which case your money will be gladly refunded. The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs, including return shipping and the new shipping costs. If you are in doubt about your size, please use the email above for assistance to avoid this problem. All gear must be returned in the original bag, and may NOT have been worn or washed. If you wear and/or wash your uniform or gear, it becomes ineligible for a refund or a return.
