Answers

Are the DVDs in shrink wrap?
It depends. Some DVD producers put their products in shrink wrap while others do not. Some DVDs have movie-style cases and other have plastic DVD savers. I ship them exactly how I get them, but the answer is that it depends on the producer. Regardless of the case, I sell 100% originals, 100% of the time.
What method of shipping to do you use?
I use the regular post office and ship dvds like letters. This is the most cost-efficient manner to ship dvds from Taiwan, and will save you a lot of money. IF YOU WANT TRACKABLE SHIPPING CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL. That is not a problem, it just costs more.
How long will it take for my order to arrive from Taiwan?
Shipping usually takes less than two weeks to anywhere b/c all packages are sent airmail. It is possible, however, that your package could get stuck in customs and be delayed. So far on THE most popular auction website this has not been a problem, maintaining a solid 99.2% positive rating.
How is shipping calculated?
DVD titles are set at a worldwide single rate. Gear tends to more expensive and will vary from location to location. Further, most gear will ship from America and arrive very quickly.
How do you communicate with your customers?
All business is done right here, in real time. Invoices, updates on your order, comments...everything is done via email.
I'm a producer and want to wholesale my DVDs to you. Is that possible?
